TESTIMONIAL

“I found The Anniversary to be a riveting, entertaining and thought provoking novel. JJ Winston successfully demonstrated how the stigma surrounding mental illness and society's unwillingness to acknowledge, engage in frank conversation, and encourage individuals struggling with mental illness to seek treatment, as opposed to ostracizing them, often ultimately results in devastating and costly impact for not only the individual and his/her family but society as a whole. The book is a novel which highlights endless love, loss, redemption and hope. The author's debut novel is what one would classify as a page turner. I wait with great anticipation for the sequel to this book."
